Shipping & Returns


All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.

Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed the next business day. All orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. 


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be sealed and unopened in its original packaging.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a secured carrier with a trackable method to mail your return. We cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for lost or damaged packages.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Returns postmarked after thirty (30) days of the purchase date will not be accepted.


To exchange an item, simply return your item for a refund within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and place your new order. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
